- Every day - from Monday to Friday - in the fitness room by the thermal area, two hours gymnastic with trainer, who will give you advice on the exercices according to your needs. Our fitness room is equipped with the most recent TECHONGYM equipment.
- From Monday to Friday, water gymnastic with trainer in our thermal swimming-pools.
- Once a week we offer an afternoon walk (2hours) in the surroundings with stretching and relaxing exercices with trainer.
